Warranty Policy:

    • Notify us within the warranty period of any inconsistency.
    • Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.
  • Warranty provided by Zetiga.com:
    • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
    • Must notify within 5 Days.
    • Any delay will not be acceptable.
    • Any exception will result in no return.

  1. The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Zetiga.com has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product’s quality.
  2. Zetiga.com will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customers must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claims.
  3. Product(s) which need to be sent abroad for repair or inspection, customers might need to pay for the shipping both ways, unless the manufacturer or its distributors says so.
  4. Zetiga.com will also need 5-7 working days to inspect the product before sending it to the authorized distributor or the manufacturer itself.
